Perfect location, nice riad, filling breakfast, lovely personal. Rooms are nice, modern bathrooms.

Insulation is not the best but I experienced this is quite common in Morocco :)

Excellent location, bed was super comfy, felt like being at home. Breakfast was superb, the staff was very helpful and friendly, thank you for making my stay a bliss.

The property looked really nice, like on the pics, lots of light, one of the reasons I booked it. Unfortunately, it was under construction and I was not able to stay there.

They informed me just a few hours before my arrival that I won’t be able to stay at the riad and they would accommodate me at their sister property, mentioning an emergency problem, but clearly, they were still in the middle of doing construction work when I arrived to meet someone to bring me to the other riad. It took quite some time for Halim to arrive and he made the new riad sound like a much better deal. When we arrived at the other place, it was at first very disappointing, much darker, still very beautiful, but not what I had booked. The disappointing part of all this was that I was not informed in a timely manner. I could have maybe changed my travel plans if I had known beforehand. I also checked on booking.com and they were still accepting reservations whereas they clearly were not able to accommodate anyone. This is not ok in my opinion. After a nice plate of couscous I felt much better and in the end the stay at the other riad was quite great, but the way it was handled was not ok.
