The place is exceptionally good and exactly like the pictures. The main room is SUPER great with awesome view and most of the rooms in villa livia are big. Also, the roof top is awesome too during the daytime and the night. The air conditioning is functioning well, and the wifi has strong connection.

Antonio cooperated with us since we booked the apt. he communicated with us thru message, emails, WhatsApp. he helped me with booking ferry tickets and how to get exactly to the Villa.
He arranged to make reservations for us to book a private boat and nice tables in restaurants,, plus he recommended nice places to visit. lastly Antonio provided us with a welcoming flower for my special occasion!

The location is a dream - waking up to see the sea from the bedroom and relaxing in the evening on the terrace just hearing the calmness of the sea! The apartments were clean, and we all had fresh bedsheets and towels. The kitchen was equipped with the basic amenities if one would like to cook there. In just 7 min walking distance we would be at the funicular and buses taking us to the Piazzetta.
Gennaro, our host, texted us while still on the road to make sure everything is ok and he waited for us at the port. Not only did he go with us to the local supermarket but he also helped us with the luggage and told us about all the hot spots in Capri. He even helped us order some food as we arrived late in the evening. We were surprised by his hospitality and kindness! All in all it was a wonderful location, close to the port, supermarket, and pharmacy, and I would definitely choose it again!
We were surprised to find out that the location was divided into 2 independent apartments as this is not clear from the photos provided on Booking. However, they were in the same building which made it easy to get from one to the other. Because of this - since there was only one wifi router - the internet connection didn't reach the apartment on the higher floor and we had to rely on mobile data, which turned out to be inconvenient at some point. Also, in the lower apartment, the air was damp. No bathroom had a mop to wipe the floor with after taking a shower and because of heating the water from a boiler it was difficult to use the shower in parallel, as the water would turn cold quickly. If these could be improved, the accomodation would be perfect!
