Not bad for the price

It's a pretty clean place. Great location and super convenient, just a 20-minute walk to the city center, and it feels safe overall.

I wasn't a fan of the downstairs bedroom not having an AC. It was pretty cold to sleep down there in this weather. So, I tried the couch, but it was broken. Also, the bathroom didn't have a mirror, which I didn't like either.

Amazing modern apartment

This was a brilliant place to stay in a quiet residential area 15 minutes walk from the heart of Málaga. The room was exceptionally clean and full of facilities. It was open plan but with dining, cooking and sitting areas with a separate bedroom.. Everything was very modern and worked well. 2 big TVs in living and bedroom area that you can stream netflix or YouTube to. There is also a lovely communal sun terrace outside. There is 1 flight of narrow steps to get to the rooms but we did not find any issue with that. We also felt safe parking our motorcycle outside on the street. We found communication with the owner was very good with quick replies. We initially thought there were no towels but the owner got back to us very quickly and pointed us to a bag in the wardrobe containing fresh towels. All in all an amazing place to say and I could not deduct any points. It was perfect for us!

Fair value for money. Location a bit far but we liked the area, close to many stores and restaurants.

Everything smells like mold. Host sent us the wrong code for check-in. We got in very late and tried for about 20 minutes until one of us was smart enough to try switching numbers around. Upon telling the host, there was no response at all. I understand mistakes happen but no attempt to apologize or communicate after such a mistake was disappointing.

Nice comfortable place to stay in Malaga.

Very comfortable apartment 30 walking from the center, 20 min by bus, very nice

No WiFi, even tho I asked the first day about it, the host said the WiFi that it was showing from the villa was supposed to be deleted, and the new one should be connected, he said he would contact to the service, I don’t know if he did, but we didn’t had internet in our stance, and for my partner it was primordial to have internet because of work, so this was the only issue.

The location was close to the city center and all others main historical sites, like between 15 and 30 mins walk. The apartment was clean and very comfortable.

Nice clean accommodation

The flat was spotlessly clean, had good cooking facilities and a nice shower. The WiFi was good. There were 2 supermarkets within a 10 min walk. Nice patio area to sit in.

The flat wasn't secure as couldn't lock the bedroom window/door, emailed owner but no response. The new bed was most uncomfortable. The bathroom despite being spotless had a strong damp drain smell.

The small terrace, the apartment was clean, the coffee machine, the shower.

Two windows overlooking a sort of inner garden where the laundry was) didn’t work and could be opened from the outside. The apartment is 1,4 km away from the city center I wouldn’t suggest with 40 degrees and if you have a short stay in Malaga

Very good

The checkin was easy. I was surprised and pleased that everything was cosy and safe. In general the garden balcony, clean rooms, kitchen stuff, wifi conection, tv's, bathroom. Close to small super markets like Carrefore, Dia, etc. Very good for a few days to stay and explore the city.

The air condition was broken already before we came to the apartment number 1. There was no answer from the owner about that even though I asked why it wasn't working or at least some alternative solution given. There are should given at least a cooling fan. It's summer so we opened the windows for air circulation in order to sleep, because it was hot at night. Suggestion that there should some spices for cooking and some oil, because beside the sugar and the coffee there was nothing else. If you are coming for few days of course you will not have this things with you.

The windows for the property don't lock at all and i did not feel safe leaving valuable items inside and had to carry them around. I repeatedly reported this to the owner who chose to ignore me completely. Very unacceptable to compromise safety.

Comfortable, clean and well placed.

The flat was modern and had everything I needed. Supermarket, bread and patisserie, fruit and veg shops close by. The 15-20 minute walk to the centre meant I could stop for coffee/breakfast in a traditional cafe en route. Buses run regularly to the centre from nearby too. It's on a side street, so very quiet.

This property is ideal for getting around the city and the Port and beach.

Everything was as stated it was clean and comfortable. The improvement I would make would be access to English news channels etc on the TV

Very nice apartment. The location was a bit off the Centro, we had to travel by bus a lot. But the location was good in the sense that we found several very good local restaurants and cafés with better prices.

Clean and reasonable spec Very large living space very neat and new inside TVs in all rooms (if you speak Spanish) Close to small super markets like Carrefore Very good for a few days to stay and explore the city Close to airport (Uber) Very nice and helpful hosts

a few things 1) a bit too far from city centre (Uber and Bolt work well though for longer journeys) 2) No oven/grill, just microwave and hob 3) Portable aircon upstairs very noisy - ideally replaced by fixed system like downstairs 4) Not much privacy - the two bedrooms are interconnected. You have to walk through one bedroom to reach the other. The final option is sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is attached to the living room.

Superb

Good location. Very easy to pick up the keys from the apartment. The host is wonderful and ready to help. We locked the key of the apartment inside and the host helped us very fast. Apartment is new and clean. Kitchen is well equipped, but no kettle to make a tea.

As we we visiting in December, it was cold and wet in the bathroom.

Bon appartement pour un week-end

Excellente interaction avec le propriétaire qui répondait très rapidement à tous les messages Appartement confortable et qui dispose de tous le mobilier nécessaire (couverte, cuisinière, etc…)

Un peu loin du centre ville mais facilement accessible à pieds. L’eau chaude de la douche part assez rapidement - il ne faut pas prendre de douche trop longue

Complessivamente OK

Posizione un po' sinistra, non delle migliori anche se non ci siamo mai sentite in pericolo (eravamo 4 ragazze) e si raggiunge il centro a piedi molto comodamente. L'appartamento era abbastanza pulito e le dimensioni perfette. Il proprietario è stato disponibile e ha risposto velocemente

Purtroppo il divano letto non era stabile: ogni volta che ci si muoveva c’era il rischio che si richiudesse, quindi dovevamo fare molta attenzione. Di fatto era possibile stare solo sdraiate e in una posizione molto precisa, il che ha reso il soggiorno meno confortevole.

Renovación

Habíamos reservado para 4 personas y teníamos una cama doble y un sofá cama, que cuando abrimos el sofacama nos dimos cuenta que estaba estropeado, se hicieron fotos y videos por si acaso, pero como lo que necesitábamos era un lugar donde llegar a dormir por los días de nuestra estancia, tampoco quisimos hacer mucho más, pero al estar averiado fue muy incómodo para descansar. Lo peor fue al día siguiente, que no había manera de que se quedara en condiciones, lo cogimos a modo de broma teniendo en cuenta la hora que era no teníamos opción, más que apañarnos con lo que había. Espero que tengan en cuenta mi comentario y aunque incrementen el precio, podrían tener en mejores condiciones el mobiliario.

La ubicación, barrio tranquilo, estaba todo limpio, tiene lo necesario para la estancia, y cualquier cosa que surja responden al momento

Lo único ha tener en cuenta son las escaleras, ya que son varios tramos y muy empinadas, si vas con carrito o personas mayores (mi caso), hay que tener cuidado subiendo y bajando , ya que no es práctico. Por lo demás está bien
