die Lage ist sehr gut. Bahnhof Sesvete erreicht man in 5 min zu Fuß. Einkauf und Essenmöglichkeiten in unmittelbare Nähe. Das Häuschen hat was und ist nett ausgestattet und man hat wirklich alles bereits vor Ort was man fürs Erste benötigt. Terrasse direkt vor dem Eingang ist auch sehr nett.

Das linke Anbauzimmer ist bei Regen aufgrund fehlender Dämmung nicht nutzbar weil man jeden Tropfen hört, selbst mit Öhrstopseln habe ist tropfen/Regen gehört. Das zweite Zimmer ist deutlich besser bzw. minimale-normale Straßengeräusche . Die Matratzen sind in beiden Zimmer sehr schlecht, auch ich mit 60kg fand ich die Matratzen ohne echten Lattenrost unangenehm, mein Mann mit 120kg hat am nächsten Tag überall schmerzen gehabt.
