Ok, if you are just for one night. The place is small but well planned and functional. The room was clean, and the host was really polite. We booked right before coming due to last-minute change in plans and everything was ready when we arrived.
The room is right at the entrance of the building, so it got quite noisy early in the morning when people were leaving for work. The door was loud, so we had to start our day at 6 😐

ok value for the money. big supermarket 2 min away and easy to get to public transport. bank automat 1 min away apartment was very clean and the owner very friendly
shower head needs to be replaced(calc deposit) the water heater must be for only 2 persons as when the 3rd one wanted to take a shower the water was cold. the studio is at the entrance of the building: could be noisy during the summer nights if people come late and slam the doors. we had this in the first night.
