It was new, had EVERYTHING we needed to be comfortable during our stay, and the location was good.
The lack of privacy in the backyard where the hot tub is. It would’ve been more comfortable if there were some privacy trees or a taller fence. Or if the hot tub was closer to the house.

The house was the perfect size for our group of three. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and the extra blankets and pillows were appreciated.
The outside area was not very inviting - the backyard was all dried up and full of weeds and rocks. We never used the hot tub because of this. There was a firepit, but no wood. Also, I had asked beforehand about the coffee maker and was told it was a drip machine, but it actually is a Keurig. Not a big deal, but would have been nice to know ahead of time.

It was spacious and came with everything you need! Very clean and kept up.
The only thing that wasn’t kept up was the hot tub, we got there and saw that it was turned off and needed to be cleaned.
