About this cottage rental

The Seascape cottage is less than 5 minutes (walking) to the beach. Stay during the winter for storm season or play outside all day during the summer. The cottage is stocked with everything from board games to blu-rays and WiFi to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Of course - the hot tub is perfect for year round relaxing! (Please - no glass in the hot tub or on the hot tub deck.)

Dogs under 50 lbs are welcome! (There is a non-refundable pet fee; limit 2 dogs. Please keep them off the beds and other furniture. Make sure they’re crated if you leave them in the house alone.) Please let me know about your pet prior to booking.

Our property in non-smoking. No exceptions. We ask that our guests be at least 25 years old to book. We’re always happy to make exceptions on a case by case basis.

*Beach access at Damon Point is currently closed due erosion damage from the 2024 king tides. Attempting to access could result in trespassing fines. A reopen date is pending.

This was my second time staying at this property with friends. This property is right across from the beach and ten minutes from cute shops in the town. The home comfortably sleeps seven people. I would highly recommend.

Brandi is a top notch host. She keeps in touch with you. We had a little mishap with the cleaning crew and she was on top of it from the moment we walked into the house. This spacious and comfortable house is located right across from the beach (5 minute walk, you can see it from the house) and ten minutes away from things to do in town. They have a wide variety of entertainment options, such as games, dvds, house and beach toys for kids. Everything that we needed in the kitchen was in great condition, and they even have an air frier, which was a nice suprise! Parking is easily accessible for 2-3 vehicles. They space is very thought out down to small details. We would highly recommend this property!

We went to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday. She brought a few friends with her. A few things that got to us: On the overview it states that there is 4 beds (sleeps 5) in the kids room, there isn't. There is only 3 beds (sleeps 4). One of our kids in the party slept on the floor because there wasn't that extra bed that was on the overview. Kinda a let down. The house also had some leftover garbage under the couch cushions, kitchen floor, night stands and kids rooms. Not a big deal, probably just over looked. Good notes: The hot tub was bigger than it looked in the picture. We thought it was a small one but it could seat like 4 people easy. Very good location, we love walking Damo. Point. House felt very spacious and wasn't dark. Lots of movie options both in the kids room and the living room. Overall, the place was great. We had a blast. Brandi is very responsive. We would stay here again.

This property was fantastic! The room layout is perfect, the beds were sooooo comfy, and the hot tub was great! It was just a short walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive into town. Communication with the owner was great, we always got a quick reply! Loved that one of the upstairs bedrooms had a deck which provided a beautiful view of the water! Like the title says, stay here!!

We had a special family gathering to say our final goodbyes to our mother, grandmother and wife. We couldn't have asked for anything better than this property. One Grandpa, a Son and daughter in-law with 3 grandkids ages 23, 20 & 14 with a grandson in-law were all very comfortable. Thank you Brandi for sharing your property with us for our special occasion. Only thing was the ice maker didn't work, or we didn't know how to use it. No instructions for all the buttons. Parking can be a challenge, but a small price to pay for the comfort of staying here.

When my sons gf said she wanted to spend her 21st bday at the beach, I went searching for a vacation house. This adorable courage didn't disappoint. So cozy (not tiny cozy, cute and homey cozy), had everything you might need or want. The kitchen is well stocked, im a person who always brings foil, ziplocs etc because often times those things aren't available, this home had everything!! The space in the rooms was excellent. So many games on hand, not enough time, even the dog felt at home. Checking out was simple. We had an issue with one our vehicles not starting when it was time to leave, I contacted the owner and she was so kind, offering us to stay as long as needed. We had to make the decision to leave the vehicle there and go home to grab a means to haul the car home. Back down our friends went and they were greeted with a sweet gift for the troubles with their car. Extra gestures, not even necessary, were so appreciated and touching. This home will be our home away from home when visiting Ocean Shores!! Thank you for all your kindness ❤

The reviews on this property met all my expectations and more as the house is in a great location for beach access, very clean, loaded with all the kitchen gadgets needed to make meals. I loved that the house was well stocked with the basic household supplies as well and basics for the pups too! Everything is very well thought out! We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back. A very relaxing vacation and great time for our grown children to reconnect. Thanks!

This house was great for our family and the beds were extremely comfortable. We had lots of fun in the hot tub and my mother in law loved the upstairs room with the balcony. Only complaint was the couch, it was a bit uncomfortable and hard to get out of once you sat down. We spent most of our family time in the house at the dining table.

Our family loved this rental! It's cute, clean and well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated all the thoughtful details. There are dog supplies, kids toys, games, plenty of blankets, and even stepstools for the little ones in the bathrooms. The kitchen also has everything you'd need for cooking. This place is fantastic for families with kids and we highly recommend it!

Impressively clean, comfortable newer house and the layout was perfect to accommodate our needs. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus. The toys, games, puzzles and movies were also much appreciated! Brandi also makes herself very accessible, and it's apparent by all of the little extras provided that she wants you to feel welcome and have a wonderful stay. We all had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer!

We loved our stay at this beach house in Ocean Shores!!! The location was great … with Damon Point so close for morning and evening walks at the ocean, lots of other beaches to drive to within minutes, and an amazing view from the upstairs balcony. The hot tub was also a great way to relax after a busy day of beach-combing and exploring town. The house truly had everything we needed for a comfortable stay; every detail was considered for making the home as functional as possible and the decor was perfectly beachy! Thank you for providing us with such a lovely home on our Pacific Road Trip vacation!

We had a great time, the place was clean, cute and very cozy. The kids loved having their own room they could all sleep in! The attention to detail with pets was amazing, they had waste bags and dog towels for the pups which was awesome. The snacks they left were a great treat for the kiddos, and loved being so close we could walk to the beach.

We had a wonderful spring break at the Ocean Shores cottage. We arrived and silly me tried entering the wrong unit so I called Brandi (on Easter Sunday of all days), she was kind and understanding. She knew right away what I'd done wrong and was warm and kind about my mistake. Once we got in the house I was totally blown away by how spacious the cottage was. It has a large dining, a well appointed kitchen (loved the big fridge), the bedrooms & bathrooms were perfect. The cherry on top was the hot tub. Very clean and relaxing!! We did as much "buy local" as we possibly could...we ate at Bennett's Fish Shack, Double Barrel BBQ, Paradise (?) Ice Cream and went to the cinema twice, go karts, bumber cars as well as the coastal interpretive center. Shopped at Sharkey's, the pharmacy on E Chance A La Mer, IGA and a wonderful shop in the boardwalk shops. We had two days of sunshine which allowed us to beachcomb and build sandcastles. The cottage was perfect and we look forward to staying there again and again!!
