Die FeWo besticht durch ihr Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es wirkt alles sehr neu. Vermutlich alles von IKEA, aber das ist ja ok. Ich war allerdings tagsüber unterwegs. Habe hauptsächlich Bad - Bett - Kühlschrank benutzt.
Ein Problem, das ich häufig in Hotels und FeWo antreffe, ist die Beleuchtung, vor allem die am Bett. Auf dem Fensterbrett steht eine kleine funzelige Lampe. Auch ist die Außenbeleuchtung so, dass man bei Dunkelheit entweder eine Taschenlampe (ggf. die vom Handy) benutzen oder aber das Schloss ertasten muss.

Grosses, sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment, alles neu und zeitgemäss inkl. Waschmaschine und Freisitz draussen. Absolut empfehlenswert für Urlauber, Geschäftsreisende, Monteure. Ich komme gerne wieder

Die Lage ist sehr zentral.
Es sind einige Reparaturen nötig. Bei der Dusche fehlt das Gummiband, daher war die Dusche undicht und man musste immer wieder das Wasser aufwischen. Am Geschirrspüler ist die Blende rausgerissen. Zu viele sichtbare Verlängerungskabel (lieblos). Wir finden es schade dass die Wohnung runtergerockt wird. Die Außenanlagen sehr ungepflegt.
