10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Sehr gut sortierte Küche mit neuen Geräten ruhige Lage Regendusche
Obwohl ich schon ein paar Mal anderswo Schlüsselcodes geschickt bekommen habe, hatte ich diesmal Probleme, das Türchen des Schlüsselkästchens zu öffnen. Es ist dort sehr finster und mit der Handytaschenlampe blitzen die silbernen Zahlenrädchen aber so arg hell, dass man die Zahlen nicht mehr lesen kann. Auch muss man wissen, dass links ein kl. Schieber ist, den man nach der Code-Eingabe nach unten drücken muss. Aber dieser Hinweis soll nicht Kritik, sondern Hilfestellung sein, falls man trotz richtigem Code mal nicht gleich reinkommt.

Ruhige und idillische Lage sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet sehr nahe zum Zentrum. Wir werden immer wieder dort übernachten

Klein und fein, aber alles notwendige vorhanden.
Andere Gäste oder Bewohner waren abends etwas zu laut bei ihrer Unterhaltungen. Fenster geschlossen, dann ging es.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral.
Es sind einige Reparaturen nötig. Bei der Dusche fehlt das Gummiband, daher war die Dusche undicht und man musste immer wieder das Wasser aufwischen. Am Geschirrspüler ist die Blende rausgerissen. Zu viele sichtbare Verlängerungskabel (lieblos). Wir finden es schade dass die Wohnung runtergerockt wird. Die Außenanlagen sehr ungepflegt.
