What it says on the tin

Everything was very well organised and the studio was large and airy. It was also very clean and comfortable. The location near the town centre suited me but may be a little noisy and busy for holiday makers.

The long-term tenant seems to have issues with guests of the holiday flats. He was very worried about the parking (using up 3 parking spaces) and complaining about guests not being aware.

Abgesehen von meinen Kritikpunkten war ich sehr zufrieden.

Die Lage. Grösse, Sauberkeit

Im Kühlschrank und im Gefrierfach war noch Essen von Vermietern - einfach unappetitlich. Die Duscharmatur war so schwergängig, dass man nur mit sehr viel Kraft das Wasser aufdrehen konnte. Mit feuchten Händen war es unmöglich, das Wasser wieder abzustellen.

Wohnung hui außen eher pfui

Sehr sauber und gute Ausstattung. Riesige gut ausgestattete Küche. Bett bequem und still.

Gegenüber baufällige Garage, sehr unschöner Ausblick. Beim vorbeigehen fielen sogar steinbrocken aus der Fassade. Allgemein wirkt der Bau nicht ganz fertig überall Bauschutt.

- Mann, wie eine kleine Wohnung hatte. - Ich habe die Unterkunft sehr gut gefunden. - es gab auch Parkmöglichkeiten zur Unterkunft , ohne zusätzlichen Gebühren.

Ausgezeichneter Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Die Ferienwohnungen sind äußerst sauber, modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Zu Beginn waren wir etwas skeptisch, doch unsere Erwartungen wurden schnell übertroffen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeberin, Frau Roder: Sie ist überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Als meine Frau ihr Ladegerät vergessen hatte, hat Frau Roder es uns völlig unkompliziert und sogar kostenfrei zugesendet. Auf unser Angebot, die Versandkosten zu übernehmen, antwortete sie lediglich mit den freundlichen Worten: „Ich würde mich freuen, wenn Sie bei Gelegenheit wieder bei mir einkehren, falls Sie in der Nähe sind.“ Wären wir inzwischen nicht in der Region rund um Demmin sesshaft geworden, würden wir jederzeit gerne wieder eine ihrer Wohnungen buchen.

Sehr gute Ausstattung mit Küche, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Nette Veranda mit kleinem Tisch. Eine versehentliche Doppelbuchung konnte die Vermieterin in kürzester Zeit klären.

Einfach perfekt

Tolle Ausstattung es war alles da was man brauchte. Und man konnte sogar draußen sitzen der Aufenthalt war schön. Jederzeit wieder würde ich die Unterkunft mieten
