In this spacious vacation rental, you can enjoy a relaxing vacation in a cozy atmosphere. The living room, featuring a pull-out corner sofa, is perfect for unwinding and spending cozy evenings together. If needed, it offers additional sleeping space for family or friends.
In the separate bedroom, a comfortable double bed awaits you for restful nights. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook just like at home—whether it’s a quick breakfast or a dinner together.
The modern bathroom with a shower ensures a pleasant start to the day. For longer stays, a private washing machine is also available—especially convenient for families or active travelers.
Outside, a cozy seating area with a grill invites you to relax—ideal for warm summer evenings or breakfast al fresco. You can park your car conveniently and securely right at the entrance. A parking space is, of course, included.

Thanks to the nearby A20 highway, you can quickly and easily reach the region’s most beautiful highlights: the Baltic Sea islands of Rügen and Usedom, the lively town of Świnoujście, and the Hanseatic cities of Greifswald, Stralsund, Anklam, and Neubrandenburg. They’re perfect for day trips and varied city tours.
Nature lovers will also find plenty to enjoy here: Discover the Greifswald Bodden, visit the picturesque fishing village of Wieck with its historic wooden drawbridge, or explore the Eldena monastery ruins.
For beachgoers, there are plenty of options:
The sandy beaches at the Greifswald-Eldena beach resort (approx. 20 km), in Ludwigsburg, and at the natural beach in Loissin (both about 20 km away—Loissin is especially popular with kitesurfers), as well as at the seaside resort of Lubmin (about 23 km away), invite you to relax.
Those who prefer a quieter atmosphere will find the Jarmener Kiessee (5 km) and Koserower See (15 km) to be ideal spots for relaxing days by the water.
