- Ausstattung - Lage

- Parkplatz Garage zu klein, somit nicht nutzbar - teilweise Spinnweben in den Ecken der Räume - an den Übergangsleisten der Zimmer stehen die Schraubenköpfe zu weit heraus, man bleibt mit den Füßen hängen - die Abläufe in Dusche und Waschbecken laufen sehr schlecht ab - Fliegengitter sollten nachgerüstet werden - ein Wäscheständer mit Klammern wäre schön gewesen - Sitzpolster für die Balkonstühle waren nicht vorhanden/auffindbar - generell war es in der FEWO zu dunkel. Die vorhandene Beleuchtung war zu schwach, vor allem im Bad - die Betten waren weich wie Marshmallows

Es ist eine sehr schöne, große Wohnung, mit vielfältiger Küchenausrüstung, tollem großen Sofa und 2 guten Betten. Die Wohnung war in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Sie liegt günstig am oberen Ende von St. Andreasberg.

Die Beleuchtung im Bad war spärlich.
