Our Apartment No. 6 is approximately 84 m² in size. It consists of a living room with a separate kitchen area, a small breakfast table, two separate bedrooms, and a spacious entryway with a dining table and 4 chairs.
From here, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the magnificent mountain landscape of the Upper Harz.
The spacious shower room has a window overlooking the garden. A hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-star refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a 4-burner stove with oven, a microwave, and enough glasses, dishes, pots, and cutlery for 8 people.
The apartment includes a flat-screen TV with cable, a DVD player, a clock radio, and a CD/cassette radio.
This apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2022.
The Panorama House in Sankt Andreasberg in the Upper Harz truly lives up to its name: Situated on a quiet hillside, guests enjoy sweeping views of meadows, forests, and the impressive mountain landscape of the Upper Harz. The natural surroundings offer ideal conditions for relaxation, hiking, and active vacations in every season. Due to the hillside location, several apartments feature balconies with magnificent views, while the ground-floor apartments have a covered entryway that is sheltered from the wind by the balconies above and is often used as a terrace—appropriate patio furniture is provided. The well-maintained, family-friendly atmosphere of the property, along with the variety of apartment sizes, makes Haus Panorama particularly attractive for couples, families, and groups of friends who wish to spend their Harz vacation in a relaxed setting.
On-site fees: Payment is due on site in cash or via bank transfer one week before arrival.Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:30 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are allowed. A one-time fee of €20.00 applies for guests traveling with a dog. The visitor’s tax is €3.05 per adult and €1.65 per child aged 6–18. Discounts apply to holders of a disability ID card.All prices include VAT, final cleaning, heating, water, electricity, trash disposal fees, tablecloths, and dish towels. Use of the washing machine and dryer is available by arrangement for €5 per load.We provide a high chair or a crib for your little ones free of charge.
