Lokalizacja top - blisko do wszystkich glownych atrakcji miasta, do srodkow komunikacji, restauracji i kawiarni. Wielkosc mieszkania rowniez wystarczajaca dla dwoch podroznych.
Jezdzac regularnie po Polsce, ale takze wracajac regularnie do Torunia mam naturalnie porownanie obiektow. Ten apartament okreslilabym ‚zapuszczonym’. W wielu miejscach (np. okap) widoczne pajeczyny, okolice plyty indukcyjnej ewidentnie tylko musniete woda, nie wyczyszone. Naczynia nieswieze, w limitowanej ilosci naczynia do picia, brak normalnej wielkosci noza do krojenia produktow itp.
