Zadbany, komfortowy, czysty, klimatycznie wyposażony, z garażem podziemnym i klimatyzacją. Wygodne łóżko, oddzielna sypialnia, duża łazienka z pralką. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem, położenie na granicy starego miasta, wkoło restauracje i kawiarnie.
Widok z okna na dziedziniec z restauracjami, trzeba zaciągać żaluzje, aby nie być obserwowanym. Dość mała kuchnia, brak piekarnika, płyta grzewcza tylko na 2 garnki, które nie zawsze działają z indukcją
