Fajne mieszkanko, zlokalizowane blisko starówki (wystarczył spacerek przez planty). W pobliżu sklep biedronka. Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone i komfortowe. Idealne na weekendowy wyjazd. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy. Dodatkowym atutem był ekspres do kawy
Jedyny mankament dla ciepłolubów - w mieszkanku było nieco chłodno, z racji, że spółdzielnie mieszkaniowe przeważnie w sezonie letnim nie grzeją
