A tasteful, well appointed flat on two levels - bedroom and shower room in the basement, lounge/kitchenette and shower room on the ground floor. We liked the quiet residential location only 5 minutes walk from Kallithea metro station, the small food shop and a bakery 20 m from the property, two shower rooms. Everything worked fine (though we didn't need to test out the air con as was May when we visited). Very good value.
No natural daylight (though we weren't in the flat for long so that didn't matter much); stairs down to bedroom might not suit everyone; if you are a light sleeper you might need ear plugs as traffic noise in the morning was quite audible through the ventilation brick.

Ήταν υπέροχα όλα ,από καθαριότητα μέχρι και την επικοινωνία με το κατάλυμα !! Όλα άψογα !! Σε τέλεια περιοχή, πολύ ήσυχη σε σχέση με άλλες περιοχές των Αθηνών !! Επίσης υπέροχη επιλογή καταλύματος για παρέες !!

Ωραίος σαν χώρος και έχει γίνει αρκετά καλή προσπάθεια στην ανακαίνιση. Δύο κλιματιστικά κάτι που βοηθάει ιδιαίτερα τις κρύες ημέρες. Ο θερμοσίφωνας ζέσταινε σχετικά γρήγορα.
Το κρεβάτι έτριζε.. το κατάλυμα όταν μπήκαμε λογ του υπογείου είχε μυρωδιά «μούχλας». Ο καναπές κρεβάτι ανοίγει αλλά δεν είναι ιδιαίτερα βολικός. Το ντουζ στο κάτω μπάνιο ήταν χαλασμένο.

It's brand new. The staff was easy to communicate with during the stay, but not after the stay when I needed an invoice.
The apartment has only one window, but it had to be kept with the courtains covereed because it's street level and everybody can see inside. The apartment opens right from the street as if it were a shop previously which was very surprising when we arrived. The bedroom is in the basement which can be humid (there's a dehumidifyer though but you cannot keep it on during the night because it makes noise). The air vents drive noise inside the bedroom as if you were on the street so you can hear all passing people and cars. The photos are misleading, don't reflect the property properly.
