Quiet, clean space with a very comfortable bed and a cute patio.
Everything was fine. Space was a little dark as it is a basement apartment.

Ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um Athen zu Fuß / mit der Bahn zu erkunden.
Zu Fuß ist man in 30 Minuten auf dem Philopapo Denkmal - Hügel für einen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang.
Die Lokation in Athen zwischen Innenstadt ( Akropolis / Parlament ) und Piräus macht die Wohnung zum idealen Ausgangspunkt die Stadt zu erkunden. Man wohnt nicht in einem Touristen-Spot, mit all den Problematiken ( Napp / hohe Preise ) . U-Bahn ist zu Fuß in 12 Minuten erreichbar, 6 Stadbus-Linien direkt um die Ecke. Wir starteten immer mit der U-Bahn und kamen zu Fuß oder mit dem Bussen zurück. EIn 5 Tages-Ticket kostet derzeit 8,- € .
Der Ortsteil Khalite ist sauber und es empfiehlt sich beim Vermieter eine Liste der guten Restaurants im Umfeld abzufragen. Diese sind aussergewöhnlich gut und authentisch. Frühstück gibt's an jeder Quartier-Ecke.
Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoß mit kleinem Innenhof. Dadurch ist das Ein-Zimmer-Appartment eher dunkel ( im Sommer sicherlich eher als Vorteil zu nennen ) . Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und intelligent eingerichtet so dass es einen getrenten Eingangsbereich, Küchen- Essbereich und Sofa / Bett-Bereich gibt. . Küche, Bad, Bett perfekt, Wifi bestens,( Klimanlage nicht ausprobiert aber neu ) das Highlight: Die Wohnung durch ihre Öffnung zum Innenhof leise ! Bei geöffneter Balkontür kein Strassenlärm. Eine Seltenheit im ( bezahlbaren ) Athen. Die Wohnung war perfekt sauber, ebenso wie Bad und Dusche, mit frischen Handtüchern, Wasser im Kühlschrank, Seife und Shampo in der Dusche, Wasserkocher, Gasherd, Waschmaschine.
Zur Einordnung: Wir waren im November in Athen, bei 22..25°C , und Nachts 17°C. Wir meiden südeuropäische Großstädte (u.A. Athen) im Sommer ( Juni/July/August ) aus klimatischen Gründen.
Z.Bsp. könnte die gr. Bett-Decke zweigeteilt sein. Ist dies wichtig ?

H ατμόσφαιρα του σπιτιού ήταν κάτι παραπάνω από καλή! Ένιωθες σαν το σπίτι σου! Η υπέροχη διακόσμηση, η άνεση, η καθαριότητα και η μεγάλη του αυλή είναι τα στοιχεία που σε κάνουν να θέλεις να ξαναπάς. Δίπλα σε συγκοινωνίες και αγορά! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Very stylish, clean, comfortable and felt very safe with shutters on the doors and a heavy duty door. Anyone who is on holiday worried about the area will feel safe here. Perfect size for a couple, very easy to keep cool with excellent air conditioner and fan. Bed was very comfortable!
