The property itself is in a fantastic location, in a modern building with a safe and secure environment. The apartment was comfortable and had a spectacular view, which we really enjoyed.

Unfortunately, our arrival experience was extremely disappointing. We arrived at 11:05 PM with a confirmed and fully paid booking, only to find ourselves outside in the cold because the security staff had not been informed of our reservation. For almost 20 minutes, we had to convince security that we actually had a confirmed booking. Eventually, when someone was leaving the building, we managed to get inside and show the security officer our reservation so he could contact the person responsible for our check-in. Thankfully, after another 20 minutes, we were finally allowed into the building. This could have been avoided with better communication between the property management and building security. Guests arriving late at night should not have to prove that they have a valid reservation, especially when the booking has already been confirmed and paid for.
