Located on the 12th floor of the “One” Building, the most luxurious in Quito, with 24/7 security and underground parking.
The interior of this cozy apartment features designs inspired by local cultural identity. Additionally, there’s a comfortable sofa bed in the living room and a cozy armchair in the bedroom near the private terrace, along with electric blackout curtains and a view of the Pichincha volcano—perfect for relaxing and reading. The bed is a queen-and-a-half size.

2nd Floor: Pool, Jacuzzi, Steam Room, Sauna, Changing Rooms, and Showers. (Closed Mondays for maintenance)
3rd Floor: Gym
4th Floor: Coin-operated laundry room.
25th Floor: Terrace with a 360° panoramic view of Quito
The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, large refrigerator, sandwich maker, microwave, blender, a set of pots and pans, and a full set of dishes for 4 people.
Per building policy, guests’ visitors are not permitted to use common areas, such as the pool, gym, terraces, or other shared spaces. These areas are for the exclusive use of residents and registered guests.
Important: If you plan to arrive by car, please let us know in advance and send us your license plate number.
Building management requires this information for security reasons and to control access to the parking lot. Thank you for your cooperation!
