A localização é um grande diferencial, proporcionando bastante comodidade. A estrutura da casa é muito bonita e bem cuidada, os banheiros são extremamente limpos e organizados, e os funcionários demonstram muita educação e cordialidade. Destaco, especialmente, a Lilian, que é uma pessoa extremamente atenciosa e gentil.
Como hóspede, considerei as camas bastante desconfortáveis, pois são feitas de um material pouco adequado ao descanso. Além disso, o ar-condicionado apresenta baixa eficiência, não sendo suficiente para climatizar o quarto de maneira satisfatória. Durante minha estadia, realizada em um período mais frio, a situação foi suportável; no entanto, em épocas de maior calor, o ambiente tende a se tornar excessivamente quente e desconfortável
