Liked the ease of picking up and dropping off of the keys. A customer service representative was available to assist.

Standing out in the rain to pick up the keys. Not sure why you weren’t allowed to come into the office versus being serviced through a window. You had to bend down to hear what the customer service representative was saying. The home smelled like it hadn’t been aired out prior to our arrival. It had an old house smell. The comforter on the bed was dirty (I washed and dried it). The pull out couch was hard and uncomfortable for sleeping. Ended up buying an air mattress. Had an issue with the tub, it was clogged, did not drain properly. Reported the problem on the next day after arriving, was asked to use the plunger to see if I could unclog the tub 😳. We did not receive service until the day before we were due to leave. The tub was dirty and also had black mold and mildew on the shower doors. Not a pleasant experience.

The property was clean and perfectly suited for a casual trip to the beach. Plenty of parking and very close to the beach. First floor so you didn't have to lug everything up three sets of stairs. Cold A/C!

The storm door handle is broken, making it hard to open the door, and potentially an injury waiting to happen. A couple of lamps didn't work (could have been dead bulbs?).

The price was very affordable and overall just very nice

The location

There was a bit of an odor coming from the garbage disposal. I tried cleaning it 2 different ways but it didn’t help. It made it hard even being in the kitchen.
