Well I liked the facility - couple things didn't like - It wasn't mentioned that not all included items of the emerald was included in our stay through you. Also could not get safe to open and no instructions worked. Waited for check-in because we arrived a little earlier than anticipated.
The bed was not comfortable and should at least have one blanket in the room. Safe did not work.

It was disappointing
The a/c must have been frozen up because it did not blow cold until our check out day
The hot water in the garden tub did not have a handle
The bed in the master was very uncomfortable
