While the building is old everything in the unit was new & very clean. We loved the deck facing the ocean, & the location of the property was perfect for walking anywhere in Pass-a-Grille & on the beach.
The toilet squealed constantly. Apparently the water was leaking via the stopper at the bottom of the tank & the noise was coming from the tank. It was fluctuating loud to very loud. We had to shut the bathroom door & turn on the AC fan as well as the fan over the bed to run constantly to deal with the noise. We did advise the cleaning woman as we were leaving.
