I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, and I would recommend it without hesitation. The location is excellent, situated in the BKK neighbourhood of Phnom Penh, making it very convenient for getting around the city and finding good restaurants and cafés nearby. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and pleasantly quiet, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. The breakfast was very good, featuring a nice selection to start the day. I also enjoyed the facilities, particularly the swimming pool, sauna, and gym, all of which were well-kept and added great value to my stay. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

It had everything, a pool, beautiful view great restaurant and close to everything with a short walk or tuktuk ride! The food menu had a lot of options and our dinner was the best meal we had during our vacation! Very reasonable prices too!

1. Beware if you plan to book a suite and are sensitive to inter-floor noise. The suites are on the 15th floor. On the 16th floor is the restaurant. The noise from the moving of chairs in the 16th floor restaurant (eg when a patron takes or leaves his seat) could be heard through the ceiling of the 15th floor. This inter-floor noise was especially bad during the breakfast hours from 6.30 am to 10.30 am but was also audible during the rest of the restaurant's operational hours. 2. Housekeeping could've been better. Dust found on table surfaces and inside the wardrobe. 3. Wear and tear. One electrical outlet was almost ripped out from the wall (see photo). 4. Shower room cubicle is not fully enclosed so after a shower, the rest of the bathroom gets wet. If you're unlucky, the water gets onto the electrical outlet in the bathroom meant for shaver/hairdryer, creating a dangerous situation. 5 Upon-check-in, I found 3 hangars in the wardrobe but 2 of these were occupied by bathrobes, leaving only 1 hangar for use. Thanks to Mr Sovann, this was sorted out promptly. 6. No USB port available inside the room - bring your own adaptor.
