Modern, traditional , bright and stylish appartement

Het appartement is heel ruim en schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien en heel stijlvol ingericht! Ook de locatie is perfect, alles op loopafstand dat is heel fijn!

Omdat het erg warm was viel het soms wat zwaar om met de trap naar de 4e verdieping te lopen!

Die Ausstattung ist sehr sehr gut und komfortabel. Die Wohnung hat Stil!!. Ebenso ist die Lage exzellent, man ist schnell überall und die Busstation um die Ecke bringt einen u.a.direkt nach Cap Ferrat….

The apartment is very comfy and clean. Location is also perfect. Supermarkets are just steps away.

A/C in the living room doesn't work very well. However, the week during our stay was not hot, so it was fine.

It was within walking distance to the Old town which was good. Apartment was clean, bright airy and spacious.

No bathroom amenities were provided; there was leftover used hand soap that looked dirty in the sink which was very off-putting; no shower gel/other amenities and no hand towels were provided. no tea/coffee or water was provided, unlike the other serviced apartments we stayed in South of France. Also, given the beach access at Nice, it would have been nice if beach mat and extra towels were provided. Also, it would have been nice if 2 extra pillows were provided in the master bedroom and if there were night curtains to shut out the light in the bedroom at night. These extra amenities and touches were missing in the apartment and if added, we would probable have given the apartment a higher rating. My daughter also shared that the sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep on. if you have heavy luggage, the long haul up the 5 flights of stairs with heavy luggage was not something my husband ever wants to do again! We also requested for a check out at 11 am as our departure flight was in the late evening but the owners were not very accommodating. Overall, our stay wasn’t as good as we expected both in terms of service and amenities, given the price we paid.
