A small hotel in the south of the city Chisinau. It is located in the residential building, new and comfortable. I needed the hotel in close vicinity to the Police Academy, so it was 5 mins walk. A supermarket is located also within 5 mins walk.
It is located in the area which is under intense construction, so it can be not very quiet. But my room faced a yard were it was ok.

The hotel is nice, located in an apartments building. We know what we booked so our expectations weren't high. The room is small, but it was clean and comfortable, nice designed. We just stayed one night so it was what we needed.
The location is quite bad, you definitely need a car to properly get to the city centre.
You can hear the noise from the other rooms, or when the neighbour flushes the toilet, for example.
