It is a good hotel in the old city of Chisinau. Coffee shoos and restaurants around, in a walking distance. Breakfast is pretty good at the hotel.
Difficult to navigate with luggages. In front of the hotel there are stairs but no path for the luggage or for people with needs. The lift is not going to all floors. It is recommended to inform the hotel in advance that you need a room on the floor with the lift. Better to mention this recommendation on the booking.com page. I got it accidentally.

Very spacious room and bathroom, good location (a 10 minutes walk to the city center) and a couple of options to eat out in the area. The breakfast was good, simple but we didn't miss anything. Check in was fast and there was nothing missing.

The room itself was fine. Terrific bathroom! The WiFi was inconsistent.
Breakfast was perfectly adequate.
Reception staff was extremely unfriendly.
Rather than feeling like a welcomed guest,
I felt like I was a nuisance to them.
No warmth, no greetings, it really ruined my stay.
