Все було чудово, номер зручний, багато гарної косметики на всі випадки життя. Було доволі тихо і зручно спати. При наступній поїздці у Луцьк точно тут зупинимось.

Сніданки. Було не супер смачно. Тост з сиром та мʼясом був настільки твердий та засмажений, що я пошкодила собі ясна. Кава посередня. Із фруктів була лише тарілка з кількома яблуками на всіх відвідувачів. Якщо чесно, то краще б пішли снідати в якусь із кавʼярень поруч.

We got upgraded to solve the problems in our first room. It is also in the center of Lutsk just off the main pedestrian street.

Our first room had a broken bathroom door lock and hair dryer.

I am truly grateful to the hotel team. They don’t just provide a service — they create a warm and sincere atmosphere where every detail shows care. They gave great tips on where to eat, what to see, and where to visit. They even left a note with thanks and warm wishes, which was a lovely surprise. It’s moments like these that make you feel like a welcomed guest, not just a client. These little details create a special atmosphere — it’s a place you return to with your heart. 🤍
