Riesgo al ingresar al estacionamiento, los carros de la calle no se esperan que uno se pare a esperar a que abran el estacionamiento donde está la entrada, es un poco forzada, pero no creo que eso se pueda resolver, solo lo menciono.

Es un departamento bonito, limpio, cómodo y tiene todo para tener una estancia agradable. Lo volveré a contratar en el futuro indudablemente.

Hay dos ruidos. En la noche se escucha que un animal rasga las paredes y en la parte superior del depto, se escucha como si arrastrarán algo pesado. Esto es esporádico.

Está bien ubicado y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda.

Algunos focos no encendían pero no afectó en nada nuestra estancia ya que solo llegamos a dormir y bañarnos. Todo en general cómodo y funcional. Si eres sensible al ruido puede ser molesto escuchar tráfico ya que la ventana da al periférico, pero a nosotros no nos afectó.
