Měli jsme možnost strávit několik krásných dní v tomto nádherném ubytování v polských Beskydech a byli jsme opravdu moc spokojení. Ubytování je krásné, prostorné a ideální i pro větší skupinu nebo celou rodinu. Okolí je nádherné a člověk si tam opravdu odpočine. Velkým bonusem je vířivka a sauna, které jsme si všichni moc užili. Všechno bylo čisté, krásně připravené a během pobytu fungovalo přesně tak, jak mělo. Obrovskou pochvalu si zaslouží také majitelé – byli moc milí, ochotní a vstřícní. Bylo vidět, že jim na spokojenosti hostů opravdu záleží. Moc děkujeme za krásný pobyt, určitě můžeme jen doporučit a rádi se někdy vrátíme.

Our stay at Chata pod Strzechą was one of the most memorable parts of our trip to Poland. The house is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, fully equipped, and incredibly comfortable. We all slept wonderfully thanks to the very comfortable beds, and everything we needed was available—from a well-equipped kitchen to laundry facilities. The peaceful surroundings and breathtaking views of the Beskid Mountains made it the perfect place to relax. There is also a great local restaurant within walking distance serving delicious homemade food. What truly makes this place extraordinary, however, is its host, Joanna. From the moment we arrived, we experienced genuine Polish hospitality. Joanna was warm, thoughtful, and wonderful to communicate with. After our long journey, instead of letting us walk to the store, she kindly offered to drive us there, helped us with our shopping, and brought us back. As a family traveling with children, this thoughtful gesture made our first evening and the following morning so much easier. She also welcomed us with many thoughtful surprises, including cold drinks, snacks, fresh Polish bread, and a lovely local souvenir that we proudly brought back home to the United States. Our children enjoyed the play area, and meeting Joanna's friendly dog was another highlight of their stay. What touched us the most was that Joanna's kindness did not end when we checked out. After we had left, she contacted us to make sure we had arrived home safely. That level of genuine care is something very rare and truly unforgettable. We wholeheartedly recommend Chata pod Strzechą to anyone looking for peace, comfort, and authentic hospitality. If every host cared for their guests the way Joanna does, every vacation would become an unforgettable experience. Chata pod Strzechą and Joanna deserve far more than five stars. Thank you for everything— we sincerely hope to return one day.

Our only regret is that our sightseeing schedule was so busy that we couldn't spend more time enjoying this wonderful house. And also, that we couldn't check out some of the local recommendations also graciously provided by Joannna - because of our tight schedule. We left feeling that we had found not only an exceptional place to stay in the Beskids but also a new friend.

Ich habe die Gastgeber vor der Reise kontaktiert, da unsere Ankunftszeit nach den Check-in Zeiten lag. Das war alles kein Problem, da sie in der Nähe wohnen. Sie haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und alles erklärt. Während des Aufenthalts haben die Gastgeber per Whatsapp unsere Fragen sofort beantwortet. Die Kinder durften alles nutzen, sogar bei den Gastgebern in den Pool gehen und auf ihrem Grundstück Fußball spielen. Und die Unterkunft war für unsere Gruppe einfach mehr als perfekt: wir waren 8 Personen und 4 Jugendlichen, von den jede/r einen Einzelzimmer hatte. Dazu 3 Bäder, was natürlich den Aufenthalt sehr bequem gemacht hat. Das Haus ist wunderschön und hat alles, wirklich alles, was man braucht. dazu die Sauna und der Whirlpool. Der Blick auf die Berge ist einfach ein Traum!!! Die Gegend eignet sich perfekt für die Ausflüge, zum Wandern und der in 15 Minuten zur Fuß erreichbarer See zum Baden und SUP fahren. Auch die lokale Gastronomie ist die beste, die wir während unserer 14tägigen Polen Rundreise erlebt haben.

The house has everything you need. It was a relaxing weekend. The homeowner is showing a lot of hospitality. Everything was easy and smooth. Sauna and the Jakuzi was the highlight of the house along with the game room. It was a good stay would recommend.
