Nice and clean, great location. Very quiet
No internet connection due to technical matters, had to wait till the 2nd day for a technician instead of going out for a tour..! after a failure to fix the problem we were offered to change a room. This should have happened In our first day in szczyrk and not after a day ! We were also offered to get a sauna as a compensation but it's summer and we wanted to breathe some fresh air. Too bad, the place has a lot of potential, and we understand the owner can't be there all day, but if they know about internet issues (and apparently they did, according to the tech guy) they should have not sold this room to customers on booking.
