Deluxe King Seaview room was amazing and absolutely as per the photographs. Pool, bar and restaurant were great. Short distance to a quiet white sand beach and a 5 min cab ride out of the business of PG

Only downside was I didn’t know how to dull the outside lighting on the balcony which caused the room to be quite bright overnight

We stayed there for 2 weeks. We were initially given a room located very close to the reception, which was quite noisy, especially in the morning due to staff activity. We asked to move to a quieter room, and although our request was accommodated, we had to pay an additional fee. The water pressure in the bathroom was weak, and the TV channels were not clear. In addition, the restaurant service was quite slow, and it took a long time for the food to be served. It would be nice if the hotel could improve its service when it comes to the overall guest experience. The nice thing is that they have an amazing view, which we really enjoyed.

We stayed in Room D2 at AV Suites, which was advertised as a Queen Studio. Unfortunately, our experience fell significantly short of expectations, and I feel compelled to provide an honest assessment for future guests. First and foremost, the listing photographs are highly misleading. The room appeared far more modern, polished, and comfortable online than it does in reality. The flooring consists of bare concrete rather than, wood, tiles, carpet, or any finished surface, giving the room a somewhat unfinished appearance. Throughout our stay, sand continually accumulated on the floor despite regular sweeping, and we were unable to determine where it was coming from. Cleanliness was another major concern. There were persistent ant infestations, particularly around the kitchenette area and we didn’t even eat or use it, several elevated surfaces had thick layers of dust that appeared to have been neglected for an extended period. While towels were replaced and the room was tidied during our stay, this occurred after we raised concerns and specifically requested assistance. The most disappointing aspect of our stay was the air conditioning. Prior to booking and being allocated to our room, we specifically asked whether the room had strong, effective air conditioning, as this was a key requirement for us. We were assured that it was functioning properly. Upon arrival, however, it became immediately apparent that the unit was struggling to cool the room adequately. After we complained, maintenance was sent to service the unit, but there was no noticeable improvement. We reported this, and were told another technician would attend the following day while we were out. Although we were informed this had been done, the air conditioning remained ineffective. To make matters worse, the air conditioning remote displayed a service warning light throughout our stay, which I will include in my review photographs.
