I loved the quietness of the areas. No kids to wake us up.
There was everything you could ask for.
Cooking area,
Washing machine,
Bedding,
TV *note no Netflix perhaps bring a Chromecast.
The pool was gorgeous and just attracted a lot of dead bugs but that's expected.
All in all the accommodation was great value for money and I would highly recommend it.
Parking was hard to find and if you have no car it's a little bit of a walk to Puerto del Carmen, which is where we frequented.

It was a nice location away from all the main tourists but walking distance to the beach. Swimming pool was ideal on the really windy days of you don't like the sand everywhere
Unfortunately the other apartments were noisy at night so wasn't so chilled towards the end of our stay

Great natural system of ventilation.
The safety box cannot be locked (there is no key).
