Clean . Very roomy and perfect for a couple or large family. Our fur baby was able to stay for a small fee.

The home was very clean and beautifully presented. Great to be able to have our little dog with us, and is not too far from the off leash dog beach, which we absolutely loved. We also loved that there were some supplies like laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, salt and pepper, as well as plenty of linen, pillows and blankets. It did feel like home away from home.

Just lacking an inside dining table, we had some gloomy weather, so it wasn't always nice to eat outside. There is also some very smelly plumbing in the bathroom, most noticeably under the bathroom sink.

Very comfortable accommodation. Everything had been thought out perfectly by the hosts. Well set out and secure for our dog. Excellent communication and we felt very safe and secure in the neighbourhood.

3 bdrm house advertised as Pet Friendly. House largely all ok, good location, very clean, most equipment relatively cheaper end, but tending to work well, just say a bit odd...aircon for instance, you turn it off and it thinks about it for 5 mins, fooled me the first time. Well equipped laundry, great breakfast bars (2) for kids, highchair supplied. Good phone and web support at all times from Welcome Ready, appear a touchy/nervous vendor's dream provider. Welcome Ready did offer late in rental that owner would call in to view, maybe fix issues raised (as best as possible in short time of course) - as I was almost ready to leave and I was tempted to leave early anyway, I naturally, refused.

At entry, main aircon had a visible broken waste pipe, lying on the ground in garage, didn't take notice until water started rolling across garage floor, I used dog bowls and pavers to catch it. But a terrible nuisance, visible at entry. Cockroaches in house, one ran up my arm in bed. No insecticides supplied of any type, had to buy. Oven refused to work, discovered later in rental, forced to use BBQ which was great, but Welcome Ready's house rules displayed only a long time after booking and then a short while after paying, and which you are forced to sign or no entry, provide a million reasons why using things like the BBQ is on pain of instant death (owner's sign above BBQ reinforces the attitude)...MUST leave spotless basically or auto $100 cleaning fee, lose a key $350 etc. etc. You knew house had to be totally undamaged at exit or costs accrued..all with Pet Friendly advertising of course, so you need a very compliant Fido or 2. No adult dining table. Very steep drive. Renovation of house is serious, but ageing in parts/cracked skirts kitchen/bath enamel is damaged, and quite some evidence of DIY owner work, bin in kitchen is too big for under cupboard, permanently pushes cupboard door out of alignment, lovely soft close toilet seat in sole toilet, but seat doesn't quite match the pan in size. Garage remote aged and damaged, refused to work two or three times with a solid hit, so circuit board likely cracked. Rear yard is great but there is still a major gap under colorbond fencing where small dogs could escape....fearsome barking dog that property, so, not a good idea, that neighbour took to industrial lathe noises in garage a couple of times for hours at a time. Yapping dog somewhat continually other next door neighbour, major renovation happening other side of road up street on Saturday....likely owner builder, industrial building noises experienced again. Horrific Welcome Ready rules for any relaxing holiday for customer.
