Everything was perfect. Location, facilities, comfort, and overall atmosphere with many restaurants, shops, and entertainment park. Check-in was easy. Special thanks to Mr. Rafik at the reception who was friendly, helpful and professional and gave us an upgrade for an apartment with a direct sea view. He contacted us every day to see if we had any requests. The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable, with kitchen facilities and beach towels. The beach could be reached by boat and had many food options. We really enjoyed our stay.

location and staff are friendly
It was a very bad experience; it was not clean at all. One of the ACs are not working properly. Bathrooms are not clean; towels are not available. all in all, it was a horrible experience
