Excellent Stay I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent, from the location and cleanliness to the service and overall atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was comfortable and enjoyable. I was genuinely impressed and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Cleaness and Facilities

I am writing to formally log a complaint regarding my recent stay. I chose the hotel specifically because of the world-class reputation and high service standards associated with the brand. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing and fell far below those expectations. I placed an order with Room Service. I was kept waiting for around an hour and 15 minutes (1.25 hours), only to be informed afterward that the requested service/item was unavailable. Leaving a guest waiting for this long without any proactive updates is a significant operational failure and a complete waste of my time. I would like to clarify that my primary issue is not merely the unavailability of the item itself, but the unacceptable response time of your staff. I had to contact the reception and room service three times just to follow up on my order. To address this, I personally spoke with the Duty/Responsbile Manager on shift. He politely apologized and promised a swift resolution to the issue. Based on his professional reassurance, I expected a follow-up call from him—even if it was just to inform me that the issue couldn't be resolved and to offer a formal apology. Regrettably, he never called back or followed up as promised. This ongoing delay directly disrupted my sleep schedule, and the complete lack of responsiveness caused me a great deal of frustration and stress late at night. Upon checkout, I notified the front desk team again, and they assured me that management would contact me regarding this matter.As a guest who values the brand, I am writing to see how the hotel plans to address this lack of follow-through and what concrete actions will be taken to rectify this poor experience.
