Fantastiskt läge med underbar utsikt över havet och Cap Ferrat. Underbar och solig uteplats med jacuzzi, pool, fussballspel, solsängar, elgrill, soffor, hängstol och pingisbord. Vi spenderade många timmar ute på terrassen. Rent och städat och väldigt snabbt svar från uthyraren de gånger vi kontaktade dem.
Det är ett fantastiskt hus och boendemen som andra nämnt tidigare skulle det behövas åtgärda lite småsaker. Bytas ut några stolar, skruvas åt trallen på uteplatsen, byta ut lite trasiga attiraljer i köket. Det skulle ta upp helhetsintrycket och definitivt bli 10/10.

The location is incredible with absolutely stunning views over the Bay of Villefranche-Sur-Mer, St Jean Cap Ferrat and the Med beyond. The immediate area is occupied by luxury villas and is a designated quiet zone. There was everything we needed from the beautiful pool, hot tub, sauna, table football, table tennis and most importantly (for our son anyway!) a half basketball court. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of room for us all. We had towels and cleaning equipment provided which was really useful. It was lovely to be just tucked around the corner from busy Nice but still have that and other places (Antibes, Monaco, St Jean Cap Ferrat, Eze etc) within an hours drive.
The air conditioning wasn't working upstairs and but sadly we didn't get much support from the host agency despite reporting this several times. The decor is quite tired (broken kitchen units, dated bedroom furniture, wire poking out of the swing chair in the lounge area) and the pool area needs attention (we found empty beer bottles behind the hot tub, some broken decking and the security gate was broken) however none of this spoiled our stay and the location more than made up for the pitfalls. One thing that I would mention is that there were lots of mosquitoes including tiger mozzies which are out all day so a good insect repellent is recommended especially around the pool area. If the garden was maintained better (it was very overgrown) they may be less of a problem.

Ein wirklich schönes Haus. Sehr schön gelegen und am Rande der Stadt mit Blick auf den Hafen.
Man konnte das Haus nicht finden und musste erst den Kundenservice kontaktieren. Haustür war nicht zugeschlossen und stand offen. Pool war leider kalt und auch nicht unbedingt sauber. Der Whirlpool war dreckig und voller Schwebstoffe (kleine schwarze Plastikstückchen) und auch kalt. Der Whirlpool wird nur gegen Aufpreis geheizt. Erst kurz vorher wird einem per Mail mitgeteilt, das ohne ein Deposit auf einer Kreditkarte die nicht über Booking.com Webseite läuft, das man bitte 1500€ Sicherheit hinterlegen muss, um überhaupt die Schlüssel zu bekommen. Das war nicht wirklich seriös und professionell. Ich hoffe, ich bekomme den Deposit wieder. In der Küche teilweise Verblendungen locker, das diese einem entgegen fallen. Keine Flyer für einen Bringdienst für Pizza oder ähnlich. Eine Mappe fürs Haus wäre gut gewesen zum Lesen. Die Putzfrauen waren um Punkt 10 Uhr vor Ort und lagerten vor der Haustür auf dem Boden.
