unter dem Apartment liegt ein Fitnessstudio...Ausschlafen ist nicht möglich, sehr laut! Fenster schließen nicht richtig, sodass der Straßenlärm ungefiltert gehört wird.

Well equipped kitchen, nice view, good beds and bathroom, supermarket within 3min walk.

the windows (especially the big ones in the livingroom and the bedroom) don’t offer noise isolation at all. instead they are so loose in the frame, that they start to make a loud smashing noise when the wind blows. the cars that are driving by are so loud to hear, as if you would be sleeping on the pavement. unfortunately the cars are accelerating right next to the appartment as it is at the end of the village. A real problem is that the appartment is right on the top of a fitness-gym. Fitness classes start at 7.30am! from then on you will hear loud disco music, the shouting trainer and timers ringing, indicating that it is time for the next exercise. although this is really annoying as it has been every day except on holidays, one could use earplugs. But the even greater problem is that weights are beeing lifted and smashed to the floor at 7.30. this led to a shaking and vibrations of the whole appartment. earplugs don’t help against that at all. these fitness classes take place the whole day through. so don’t expect a relaxing quiet afternoon. there will be loud music, deep vibrations of the appartment and people shouting. maybe it is a good thing if you participate in these classes everyday at 7.30am.
