The vacation home 'Casa del Pescador Planta Baja' is located in Arico and boasts close proximity to the beach. The 180 m² property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds for one person each, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms,
1 bathroom and an additional toilet and can accommodate 5 people. Among the on-site amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine, a dishwasher and a smart TV with streaming services. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The vacation home has a private open terrace where you can chill out in the evening.
The property is located close to great hiking and diving spots.

Pros: The dining room
Cons: The air was a little stale when we arrived but due to the location, after we opened the windows, it quickly became fresh.

Pros: Ich kam mit meinen 2 Kids im Februar nach Teneriffa und suchte nach einem Ort im Süden abseits des Massentourismus und dennoch am Meer/ Strand.
Die Lage des Hauses: perfekt am schwarzen Kiesel Strand und an der Bucht gelegen.
2 Supermärkte in der Nähe 5 min zu Fuß ( auf Öffnungszeiten achten!).
Das Haus: wie auf den Fotos zu sehen , sauber, schön, bietet alles was notwendig ist. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und wir konnten uns alles kochen/ herrichten was wir brauchten. ( großartig dass Öl, Salz, Zucker vorhanden war!)
Die Matratzen sind sehr angenehm :) und 2 Badezimmer sind perfekt für eine Familie.
Das wunderschöne Esszimmer mit Panoramablick lädt zum verweilen ein und wir wollten gar nicht mehr weg.
Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang: ein Traum!
Abseits vom Haus und der Umgebung, möchte ich ganz besonders unsere Gastgeber erwähnen.
Ruiman und seine Familie haben uns von Anfang an wie Familie behandelt und darauf geachtet dass uns an nichts fehlt. Danke 🙏
Cons: Das nächste mal würden wir mit einem Auto kommen, da es ansonsten etwas schwierig ist zu größeren orten, einkaufen oder Lokalitäten zu gelangen. Ruiman und seine Frau haben uns überall mitgenommen und uns eine unvergessliche Zeit geschenkt.
Das beste: frischen Fisch von Ruiman persönlich in einem Lokal gegessen!
