Location is superb, 10 mins walk from Marina beach and 15 mins walk to Abu tig Marina. Pool and lagoon Infront of the apartment are great. Pool is cleaned daily. Apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Balcony view is superb. Decor is welcoming, feels like home. Communication with Katy was superb.
Slight delay in check in, but they agreed to slightly delay the check out as well, which is great.

The apartment is spacious with a beautiful view and the location is perfect as it’s walking distance from the Marina and Zouni beach.
The staff retained the deposit and claimed that we caused a damage at the apartment that we have not caused. They only returned the deposit after many phone calls and back and forth accusations which was so stressful and ruined the essence of the vacation. I recommend that if you will rent this apartment you should take a video of every single detail and do not leave until you personally hand over the apartment to someone and receive your deposit back.
