We had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The location was excellent—convenient, vibrant, and perfect for everything we wanted to do. It’s easy to see why the property was fully occupied during our stay. What truly made our experience exceptional, however, was Katie. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, kind, and genuinely caring. She made everything so easy and effortless for us, always available to help and ensuring that every detail was taken care of. Katie’s flexibility and understanding were especially appreciated. She generously accommodated both an early check-in and a late check-out, which made a huge difference to our trip and took away so much stress. Her willingness to go above and beyond for her guests is something truly special. We’ve stayed in many places over the years, but we’ve honestly never met someone who made our stay as smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable as Katie did. Her warmth, professionalism, and remarkable presence set her apart. She is truly one of a kind, and it’s rare to come across someone who cares so deeply about her guests’ experience.
