Beautiful room with a big window and view of the river. The bed was spacious and comfortable, room was clean and had a fridge and safe amount other amenities. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful and were able to hold our luggage on check out day whilst we went off to explore more. The hotel is located within the train/metro station which we used regularly to get into Lisbon. We also made use of the gym, and lounge area within the station, and were thankful for the air con as we were there in a heat wave.

This is an incredible hotel. I was blown away by the details, cleanliness, kindness of staff, and the beauty of the place. The bed and linens were gorgeous; as was the design and layout of the room. And I had an excellent cocktail in the bar. This will be my new go-to hotel whenever I’m in Lisbon.
