Spacious and top location - close to everywhere in Santa Cruz. Extremly clear and easy check-in! Good communication. Nice furniture. We really liked it.

It's in the middle of the city and the windows aren't insulated (the entire building would need modern double glazed, tight windows), so it's of course noisy in the night (people + rubbish collection). The water pressure is extremely low - in the kitchen there's no warm or hot water at all. Modern bed sheets where you put the blanket INTO the sheet would be great - that system with loose sheets and a woolen blanket above that is hardly ever washed is a bit unhygienic. These are just improvement suggestions, we did like it and would come back!

La ubicación

Nos dejaron fuera en la calle al poner una puerta secundaria por el tema del Carnaval. Nadie nos informó de ello y tampoco hay una atención al cliente más de las 23:00 Gracias a una persona de fuera pudimos entrar pero muy mal por parte del alojamiento. Insonorización cero en el piso, por lo que se oye todo lo exterior. El agua es un hilo, no hay presión y ya he visto que viene de lejos este problema que aún no le han dado solución. La higiene en ropa de cama y toallas regular. No estaban bien lavadas.
