It was very clean
The manager put us in a room without walk in shower and shower chair we had been promised. I called him and explained this must be the wrong room. He got so angry with me instantly, he came to the room and said I booked the wrong disability room. I tried to get my phone out to show him the emails and he shouted to come with him. He wanted to know who was disabled amd what was wrong. My husband was shouting do not go with him Kim, as his PTSD kicked in and he thought something bad was about to happen to me. The manager showed me the room next door and asked if that was the room I saw online. I said yes. He was shouting get your stuff and move here. He then got in my face again holding the key and said if we left, do not lock ourselves out. He was leaving and was yelling at me like I was in serious trouble. The grand daughters had ridden with us to check in and were crying and scared. They asked if we could just come sleep at their house. It was about 8 pm. The manage/owner said it was winter and they do not stay open late like that. It was seriously 8 pm. In my 59 years of life, I have never had such an experience. My husband served 28 years in our military and last night could have escalated worse if he was not disabled from strokes in May.
Ladies do not stay there alone. He really scared me. We will never stay there again. I would rather sleep in my car than have that happen again.
