A lovely, clean apartment with a great view. Would love to return.

Cleanliness, plenty of space, well equipped, great view

We found our pillows too deep. This is just a personal opinion as we prefer a flattish pillows for sleeping. This is the only critisism we have though!

Best place in Menton to stay at!

The location is AMAZING!! You can reach Menton city center in 5 minutes by car and also Monaco in about 25 minutes. The view is absolutely spectacular, you could not ask for more! The host is simply the best, communication with her was very easy, she was super helpful with our requests and she made sure we had a great stay. The amenities in the apartment are great and everything was very clean! Thank you, Candice!! We will for sure come back very soon!

Absolutely fantastic place

We really liked the place! The view from the terrace is stunning. Breathtaking view during the day and night, especially when the moon lighten the sea. The apartment was comfy enough to fulfil needs like comfy bed, one-room apartment, kitchen with enough elements, coffee machine, etc. The place is quite and nothing can interupt the calm sleep at night. The apartment is on the center of the building with curved street and ultra wide view on the sea. Very close to the old town (10m walk). We enjoyed the beautiful view from terrace every single moment.

Not for everyone in the summer time when there is no bus transport so going from the beach back is through very steep stairs, which is normal thing for Garavan place.

It was a beautiful studio, modern,well equipped and with a lovely terrace where we spent lots of time. It really was a home away from home. The owner responded to all our questions quickly and efficiently. Menton is truly a pearl of the Cote D’Azur- clean(no graffiti or litter anywhere), full of great cafes and restaurants and with lovely beaches.

This is not a criticism but a suggestion to put a plastic bag in the garbage bin and to provide a separate container for recycling.

The view and balcony! Comfort and cleanliness of unit and modern amenities. Responsiveness of host when we had a question. Security of building and apartment.

Though everything about the apartment was great, navigating the routes and terrain made getting places a little more difficult than we had hoped for.

Great place for exploring Menton and surrounding area.

Location was great with a beautiful walk to town. Fantastic views from the balcony. Secure garage parking. Very clean and comfortable apartment.

Excellent.

There was no advance guideline how to pick up the key, how to open the door, how to operate the other facilities etc.We struggled significantly, however, fortunately Candice ( manager/owner ? ) picked up the phone and guided us. It could have been better.

Nous avons aimé sa situation et la jolie vue sur mer .Nous avons apprécié la bonne literie ainsi que la terrasse. L'appartement est bien équipé. Le parking est un vrai plus mais attention il faut une petite voiture sinon ça ne passe pas .

A notre arrivée les tirroirs de la salle de bain n'étaient pas nettoyés. Nous avons retrouvé une serviette sale dans un tirroir et dans l'autre de nombreux cheveux . De plus on nous envoie un mail à la fin du séjour en nous demandant de nettoyer la cuisine alors que l'on paie quand même 85 euros de ménage pour 40m2 environ .je trouve que c'est abusé vu le prix demandé pour le ménage!

Sola forsvant litt for tidlig på ettermiddagen. Litt lite med kun ett nøkkelsett, burde vært ekstra nøkkel. En del støy fra trafikk.

Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour dans ce bel appartement,très propre, bien situé,avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Idéal pour découvrir à 2 la région. L'immeuble est très calme.

Très bonne expérience dans un logement confortable et une vue imprenable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l appartement de Candice. Après le résolution de quelques petits détails grâce à la réactivité de Candice nous avons pu profiter pleinement du logement, le lit est très confortable, de nombreux équipements pour passer un très bon sejour

Le parking en sous sol est adapté seulement aux voitures compactes, si vous avez un plus gros véhicule vous ne pourrez pas y rentrer. Cependant ce n est pas un problème car très facile de se garer en face ou à proximité de la résidence.
