The staff member I met (Paula) was very friendly and helpful. The instructions to access the property, that you receive via text message, are clear and easy to follow. They have reception staff during working hours. The breakfast is good value for Euro 10. The accommodation is on the outskirts of central Pontedeume up the hill and away from any busy roads.It was very quiet and peaceful.
The room and private bathroom is very clean and refurbished to modern standards. The room I had (twin room for one person) was on the small size but because I travelled on my own, it was fine for just one night.

Good location, short walk to town and parking. Lovely man who seems to be running the hotel all by himself.
I think it would suit pilgrims doing the Camino rather than the ordinary traveller. No real sign of the bar/restaurant advertised and breakfast a bit poor. Quite expensive compared to other hotels we have stayed in.
