Doskonała lokalizacja, mieszkanie czyste, czytelne instrukcje zameldowania, dobry internet. Czyste i wygodne łóżka, kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowe produkty.
Niestety w związku z ciepłem pojawił się karaluch.

地下鉄Evangelismos駅から徒歩10分弱ほどの距離。部屋の広さは十分で、ベッドルール２（ダブル１、ツイン１）、リビング、ダイニング、キッチン、バスルールがある。部屋はとてもきれいで設備もそろっている。オーナーとの連絡もスムーズで、返信がすぐに返ってくることに親切さと安心を感じた。
日本人にとって使いなれない設備があり、操作に慣れるのに戸惑うこともあった。シャワーの使い始めの操作、洗濯機の操作、キッチンの電熱器の操作。でも要領がわかればなんでもない。３日目くらいからヨーロッパの設備を使いこなせているような気持ちになれた。
