Καλά ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Αθήνας.

Η οικοδομή είναι απλά άθλια. Πρόκειται για πολύ παλιά οικοδομή, όπως είναι και οι περισσότερες γύρω απ' αυτήν, πράγμα περίεργο αν σκεφτούμε ότι είναι λίγες εκατοντάδες μέτρα από την Ηρώδου του Αττικού και από το Σύνταγμα. Η πρόσβαση με αυτοκίνητο είναι δύσκολη, γιατί το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε πεζόδρομο. Η μόνη περίπτωση να το προσεγγίσετε με αμάξι για να κατεβάσετε βαλίτσες είναι από την οδό Ερατοσθένους, αλλά μόνο σε ώρες βραδυνές χωρίς πολύ κίνηση. Αλλιώς καμία πιθανότητα. Για πάρκιγκ επίσης ούτε λόγος, στην περιοχή. Πολύ ακριβό, κατά την άποψή μου, αν σκεφτούμε τα παραπάνω.

L’emplacement, l’appartement, la propreté

Great apartment near Athens city center with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Very spacious and clean as well. The neighborhood is also great, with a lot of cool bars and traditional restaurants within walking distance. Dora was a helpful and gracious host and she even allowed us to check out late, since our flight was in the evening.

The heating situation. Each room has an AC unit that can be set to warm, but since the apartment was very cold when we arrived, it took very long to reach a comfortable temperature since we stayed there in December. Everything was fine we managed to heat the rooms.
