Colosseo brightful Apartment with rooftop

La posizione rimane dietro al Colosseo (circa 600mt) - arredamento nuovo, tutto ben organizzato. Essendo in 4 amiche, la possibilità di avere 2 bagni ben attrezzati è stata fondamentale al mattino per non uscire troppo tardi! Anche gli spazi comuni, specie il terrazzo - ben attrezzato e godibile nella buona stagione.

erano un poco scarse le dotazioni (shampoo - sapone), cialde,...

Me gustó la huvicacion el cólico a 3 cuadras y muy seguro por la noche , el departamento está tal cual en las fotos, el personal excelente atento a lo que uno necesita, todo limpio ordenado y la tina lo más rico porque si tienes niños es super cómodo bañarlos y mi bebé es un niño especial le ayudó mucho , hay tienda y farmacias a unas cuadras

The location was good.

Booking.com advertised that there was parking available for for 25 Euro a day turned out it was 40 Euro a day contacted the owner he never came back to us to advise us what to do. So false advertising. Hot water was cold had to have lukewarm baths in cold weather

Location excellent. Beds were comfortable and the roof terrace was a bonus. Nice size and has the potential to be an exceptional property but was very disappointing.

We weren't sent the codes and entry instructions, and had to message when we arrived in Rome. The appartment was not as expected and definitely not worth what we paid. There is zero maintenance being done. The outdoor terrace was very dirty and the furniture was broken and unuseable. When we messaged to property owner, they confirmed they knew the furniture was broken but had done nothing about it before our arrival nor warned us about it. There is no hot tub! There is a jacuzzi bath, but with no plug, it wasn't usable either. The dishwasher isn't fixed in correctly, and the baseboards fall out when you open the door. No tea towels or dishcloths provided, no toilet brush and no cleaning products as stated. The showers are so scaled they are useless. The glass shower floods the floor so must be angled directly down, making it difficult to use. Curtains are hanging off or missing, and lights not all working. Really sad that it us was so run down and not looked after. The owner stopped communicating with me when I complained and didn't resolve any of our issues but did inform me there are new sun loungers they need to put together. Not as the pictures show it, with no cushions for the sun loungers and everything looking a bit tired and old. Very disappointed.
