good apartment. could be great with few extras

Great size of apartment, and great location for the RER to Disney. clean and had what we needed

could do with extra plates, cups and glasses not a full set of anything. also no toaster or oven was a bit of a disappointment

Recommended for families, the flat is in a good location and is well equipped.

Good location, close to the RER station and Disneyland. Spacious flat in a quiet area. Underground parking place included in price. Good internet connection. Very nice and helpfull host. The deposit was returned right away after check out.

Excellent location for visiting Disneyland and Paris (close the metro station) at a reasonable price. Wifi works very well. There is a private parking below the building. When we had trouble finding it, the host came to the building and gave directions.

The toilet seat was broken, host promised to fix this. The bathroom has a bath with shower. However when standing, you need to hold the shower head as there is no shower slide rail. The kitchen is furnished a bit sparsely, for example there were no scissors or water boiler.

Complicated process in general!

Charged Extra Guarantee amount over 150,00€ if i remember well for possible damages! Made me unsure of wether i would be refunded my money back when my stay was over. As i was a last minute arrival i had no other option, i paid and luckily got my money back in the end. Complicated check in, many codes for 3 different entrances!

A peacefull and cozy surprise in Bussy!

The location was simply perfect! A quiet and peacefull neighbourhood just a few minutes away from the metro station. So easy to go to Disneyland from there. The apartment was cozy and warm, and very well decorated. Everything was properly clean and ready to use.

I think it is a culture thing, but not having a ceiling light on the bedroom is weird to us, and having the toilet and shower in separate rooms was also a bit awkward. Other than that, perfect!

Good condition apartment conveniently located, in a nice neighborhood

Nice appartment in a very nice neighborhood, with good services around and quiet in the evening. Very conviniently located for accessing Disney parks in Paris. The appartment is well taken care and the overall condition is very good as seen on the pictures. Towels and linens are available with good quality. Deposit was returned in a timelly manner. Covered parking slot available.

I was not vey happy with the available information provided at booking site regarding the cash deposit which was supposed to be paid on arrival, but in reallity this deposit was supposed to be paid in antecipation in a different form as previously indicated, as afterwards requested by the owner. Altough not unusual, this contradicts the information provided on the booking page, which was a bit unconfortable until I was able to clarify with booking.com if I was doing a safe transfer. Also a bit surprised when arriving to the appartment and after booked the apartment for 4 persons, we had to make the sofa-bed (for 2 persons). On the good side, clean linens were available. Regarding the applicances which were available, laundry machine was available but we weren't able to find anywhere to dry inside the apartment in case we wanted to do laundry and dry. Gladly in the surroundings of the appartment we can find a nice self-laundry shop, close to a nice patisserie, where we can have a nice coffe while waiting. Finally, since there is an expresso machine for capsules available, one suggestion to the owners, similarly to what we have been finding in other places, would be to leave a couple of capsules for the guests. Unfortunatelly, since we arrive late afternoon, and left in the morning, we were not able to find which type of capsules the machine had to buy some to have a coffe in the morning.

A nice appartement for a good price

Just a good appartement for when you want to go in the city or Disney land. The beds are good and the appartement is clean. After you paid your deposit, he will send you the code in advance and a instuction video to help out. So we had no problems getting in the appartment with the keybox.

Everything what you need for perfect accommodation.

Apartment was clean, cosy, space more then enough for 3-4 persons. Close to Disney (second station with train RER A), to Sea life aquarium , mall, shopping (next station). RECOMMEND WITH PLEASURE !!!

Séjour de qualité, propre et sécurisant. Hôte disponible. Literie à revoir pour notre part.

La disponibilité de l'hôte. Il était disposé à répondre à toutes nos questions. Il a été présent pour nous expliqué les démarches afin que nous trouvions tout à notre arrivé. Nous avons aimé la propreté et les attentions comme le gel douche par exemple. On se sentait bien dès notre arrivée, en sécurité avec le parking et les nombreuses portes avant l'appartement.

Nous sommes 4 a avoir logés là. Malgré tout le reste, nous n'avons pas aimé la literie qui, pour nous, était dure et pas très agréable. C'est un avis très spécifique, car chacun peu bien ou mal dormir, mais notre avis est que la literie devrait être de meilleure qualité. Par contre propreté impeccable.
