LOVED every second in this apartment

The apartment was beautiful! It's really big and comfortable, and it's very clean! The kitchen has everything you need, from plates to utensils to pots to cook in, there's a huge fridge, a microwave/electric mini oven, an electric stove, the sink has soap and sponges to clean everything, there's salt, sugar and even coffee to put in the Nespresso coffee machine! The bathroom is very modern, it has a lot of space to put your stuff near the sink which I absolutely loved, there's a lot of toilet paper and even a hairdryer. The bedroom has an open closet (loved it), huge space to put all your clothes, extra cushions, blankets and towels, and the bed is comfortable. Overall I loved every second in that apartment and I will come back if I need to stay near Disney again :)

The only couple of things I didn't like that much are the fact that it's a 25min walk to the station (I walked everyday to be clear, it's not that big of a deal, but you have to consider it if you have luggage or if you come back home late and you're a lady... but hey, uber is an option!), AND the fact that to close the door of the apartment you make a lot of noise because you basically have to slam it, but other than these two little things the place is perfect

Nice apartment, but wouldn't say again due to noisy neighbours and terrible smell of smoke.

The apartment itself was really lovely, clean and stylish. I liked the location, it was easy to find and park in the street outside. The apartment was cold when we arrived but we worked out the heaters and it warmed up fairly quickly. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

Unfortunately the reason we wouldn't stay again is the terrible smell of cigarettes or pipe smoke. It really was awful and particularly bad in the bedroom. Not nice to try to sleep in. The neighbours above we also very noisy with a TV playing until 1am, then woken up by a child or children stomping above our head at the crack of dawn. Small negatives, no cups or mugs for tea! Just tiny espresso size vessels with no handles! No supermarket nearby so a tiny jug of milk would have been wonderful or a handbook with some local info on where to find a shop etc. We asked for two beds to be made up, and only one was. I didn't expect to have to put the pillows in cases and duvet inside duvet cover myself.

More than expected

The property was beautiful, all clean and tidy. Easy to locate and wasn’t too far from the station. Was more than expected for the price.

The sofa bed was more comfortable than the main bed, there wasn’t any cups to make a cup of tea only little cups for the espresso machine and on the last day the water in the shower went cold.

This was a perfect location for what we needed as this was a 15 minute taxi ride into Disneyland. We stayed for 1 night prior to moving to Disneyland.

Excellent!

This apartment is very well arranged, clean and comfortable. Interior design is like french home equipped with all kinds of kitchen devices from big capacity refrigerator, electric range, toaster, electric coffee pot, dining table etc. Located in very quite town with easy free parking in the street. Though my case is for business, family guests with car visiting Disneyland would be quite good.

Eine Katastrophe

Eigentlich nichts. Ich denke, die Lage zwischen DisneyLand und Paris ist nicht die Schlechteste, dass Appartement für einen Kurztrip ohne Nutzung des Inventars erträglich.

Wir haben uns nach einer sehr unbehaglichen Nacht dazu entschlossen, den Urlaub abzubrechen und wieder abzureisen. Die Parksituation ist eine Katastrophe. Parken ist nur auf öffentlichen und markierten Flächen möglich. Je später der Abend um so rarer die Parkplätze. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind erreichbar, sofern man gut zu Fuß ist. Nun zur Unterkunft: Ich weiß ja nicht woher die tollen Bewertungen aus der Vergangenheit stammen, aber die Unterkunft ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt unzumutbar und ich verstehe auch nicht, dass Mängelmelder hier trozdem eine Bewertung 9+ abgeben. Die meisten Mängel die beschrieben wurden, waren auch so unverändert vorzufinden. Die Bilder sind gut arrangiert worden, haben aber mit der Realität leider nichts zu tun. Das Appartement war sehr dreckig. Der Boden voller Staub und Krümel. Die Betten, das Schlafsofa sowie die Bettwäsche waren dreckig. Die Matratze des Hauptbettes hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen und war durchgelegen. Es war für drei Personen nur zweimal Bettwäsche vorhanden. Der TV, etwas größer als ein Tablet, ging zwar, allerdings fiel die Fernbedienung fast auseinander. Vereinzelt gingen Deckenleuchten nicht. WLAN war vorhanden, die Zugangsdaten funktionierten aber nicht. Die Möbel und Geräte waren teilweise nicht funktionsfähig. Die Klappe des Oberschrankes in der Küche arretierte nicht richtig und fiel nach ein paar Sekunden schwungvoll nach unten. Der Tisch wackelte und drehte sich, sodass ein Abstützen oder Abstellen von vollen Gläsern und Tassen kaum möglich war. Ein Stuhl war kaputt, das Rattan durchgebrochen. Toaster und Kaffeemaschine funktionierten nicht. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr sparsam und das Vorhandene musste erst einmal abgespült werden, da noch Speisereste daran klebten. Tassen und Gläser in normaler Größe waren nicht/kaum vorhanden und hatte somit Spielküchenflair. Der Kühlschrank hatte kein Gefrierfach und eine Mikrowelle war ebenfalls nicht vorhanden.

Dauerhafte Ferienwohnung

Eine sehr schicke kleine Wohnung, perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt als Familie. Dort gab es alles was man als Familie braucht. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Auf jeden Fall unsere Top1, für die nächsten Besuche im Disneyland. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Perfect verblijf dichtbij Parijs.

Perfect verblijf als je Parijs of Disney wilt bezoeken! Met een klein kwartier ben je bij Val d'Europe waar je je auto gratis kwijt kan om de metro te nemen. We verbleven 2 nachten in het appartement en er waren voldoende parkeermogelijkheden in de omgeving. De omgeving is erg rustig, dus top om uit te rusten na een drukke dag. Zeker een aanrader als je Parijs wilt bezoeken!

Parfait

Séjour parfait ! Le logement était vraiment top, très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de tout. Tout était pensé pour le confort : lit parapluie avec draps, serviettes, et tout le nécessaire à disposition. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, je recommande à 100 % !

Nous avons passé un super week-end dans ce logement très chaleureux, avec tout l’équipement nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. L’appartement était dans un état impeccable, très propre et confortable. La proximité avec Disneyland Paris est un vrai plus.

Sehr gelungenes, erholsames, ereignisreiches langes Wochenende.

Wir können die Unterkunft und die Gastgeber mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Alles vom Check-in bis check-out hat reibungslos funktioniert. Sehr nette Gastgeber, super Lage ca. 10 Minuten zum Disneyland mit dem Auto, nach Paris ca. 40 Minuten. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt an der Unterkunft. Sehr saubere Wohnung mit genügend Platz für 2-3 Besucher in ruhiger Gegend. Wir würden sie immer wieder buchen!

Es gab keinerlei negativen Aspekte. :)

La douche collée au WC et avec une faible évacuation inondant légèrement l'ensemble du sol de la SDB , WC compris. Pas de Micro-ondes et télévision non raccordée. Pour le reste c'était bien.

Prima verblijf.

Van de host kregen we op tijd informatie over het inchecken. Dat ging heel makkelijk. Het appartement zie ter verzorgd uit, was schoon en het bed lag prima. Het detail van de balken was ook bijzonder.

In het appartement hoeft niets verbeterd te worden. Het was alleen jammer dat het druk was met auto's waardoor we best ver moesten parkeren, maar daar kan de host niets aan doen.

Schönes Appartement. Alles da was man braucht. Von der Kaffeemaschine über Wasserkocher, Toaster usw. Lage sehr ruhig. Bis in die Stadt z. B. Lebensmittel Geschäft zu Fuß ca. 20min. Dort gibt es viele unterschiedliche Restaurants. Oder das in der Nähe nutzen ca. 10min zu Fuß.

Saubere Unterkunft mit allem Komfort in ruhiger Lage und nah am Disneyland

Der Vermieter war immer Hilfsbereit, sogar als unser Leihwagen über Nacht sich selbst entladen hatte und die Batterie leer war, hatte er innerhalb von 5 Minuten helfen können, dass wir wieder fahren konnten. Alle war in der Wohnung vorhanden was gebraucht wird, ob Haarfön, alle Töpfe, Handtücher usw. Mit dem Auto ist man in 15 Minuten im Disneyland. In der Nähe ist seaworld und angeschlossen ein riesen Einkaufscenter mit Lebensmittelmärkten (Auchen und LIDL), alle Modemarken vor Ort, Restaurants, für Kinder MC Donalds. Wir haben uns morgens im Auchen frisches zerkleinertes Obst in Schalen gekauft und mit ins Disneyland genommen, da es dort eine Katastrophe ist. Man steht mindestens 30 Minunten u was zu bekommen und alles überteuert.

Appartement très bien décoré et de tout confort.

J’ai aimé l’emplacement, c’est une petite ville très calme. L’appartement et très joli et identique aux photos. Les enfants étaient contents de trouver des jeux. La literie était très confortable, j’avais peur que ça ne soit pas le cas pour le canapé mais c’était de tout confort.

S’il fallait dire quelque chose je dirais la douche.

Excelente opción para Disney

Es muy bonito y tiene todo lo que necesitas para la estancia. Hasta secador de pelo! Queda muy cerca de Disney (yo utilice solo taxi) y la zona es hermosa.

La ducha tenía un problema con el agua, no bajaba lo suficientemente rápido.

Schöner Aufenthalt nahe Disneyland

Der Eingangsbereich zur Unterkunft lässt die hier angebotene Wohnung zunächst nicht vermuten. Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet. Auch wenn das Haus zwischen zwei Straßen liegt, ist es dennoch ruhig. Anfangs hat die Heizung nicht funktioniert. Nachdem wir der Unterkunft geschrieben haben, kam der Anwohner von unten und hat die entsprechenden Sicherungen eingeschaltet. Der Ortskern ist circa 20min zu Fuß erreichbar (gute Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bahnhof).

Die Duschkabine liegt gegenüber der Toilette und hat keine abschließbare Tür, sodass Duschwasser in Richtung Toilette fließt. Die Parkplatzsituation ist nicht optimal, jedoch ausreichend.

Het was prima

Het appartement was ruim en leuk met die houten balken. De bedden waren goed. De eigenaar gaf duidelijke instructies via de app. Appartement goed te vinden.

Ik denk dat we op basis van de reviews iets te hoge verwachtingen hadden van het appartement. De keuken functioneerde (oven prima) maar het was hier en daar wat krakkemikkig qua kastjes. Een schoon/nieuw afwassponsje was fijn geweest en we misten heel erg 2 cupjes voor de koffie in de ochtend, helaas hadden ze bij ons geen cupjes neergelegd (en daar hadden we ons stiekem op verheugd omdat we vroeg op moesten). Verder hadden we denk ik net een beetje pech met parkeren, want er was in de buurt geen parkeerplek te vinden.

Der Gastgeber war super nett und immer hilfsbereit :) die Unterkunft liegt in einer super ruhigen Stadt - nur 10-15 min zum Disneyland. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in direkter Nähe. Die Unterkunft an sich ist super ausgestattet, sauber und wirklich schön. Nur zu empfehlen!:)
